Belhoul European Hospital is committed to ensure quality and safety in patient care and all other services rendered. We focus on Continuous Quality Improvement across the various departments of the Hospital.

Quality Department coordinates the efforts of multidisciplinary departments in the hospital to carry out necessary interventions according to established standards with an aim of satisfying its internal and external customers, preventing health and safety risks, maximizing results with optimum resource utilization and improved cost effectiveness.

We believe that “Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives -William A. Foster.” The Quality department of the Hospital strives to maintain the accreditation with Joint Commission International that works to improve patient safety and quality of health care. Consistent compliance with local regulatory body health care requirements are ensured and upheld. Integration of evidence based practices into patient care and safety is done collaboratively with multidisciplinary departments.

The selected performance indicators in various departments evaluate the quality of care and services provided. We endeavor for best practices in our hospital and some of our data are as follows,

  • Our Hospital is free of Surgical Site Infection.
